How can you make gelato without preservatives, additives or stabilizers?
Italians have been making great gelato with natural ingredients for generations. But it isn't easy. It requires experience and a thorough understanding of the gelato process to be able to constantly adjust the recipe to account for variations in the fruit harvest and the weather, to produce a consistently delicious final product.

Yes, our gelato and sorbetto are a little more fragile and more expensive. But the end result, great taste, is well worth it.

If you love fruit, you'll adore our fruit sorbetti. Each fruit sorbetto has a slightly different texture because we make them from the real fruit. In fact, each pint contains at least 70% real fruit and fruit juice.
